Overview
Capvartis is looking for a passionate and strategic Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our CRM platform. You will be responsible for driving the product vision, roadmap, and ensuring we deliver innovative features that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the product vision and strategy in alignment with business goals.
Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer needs and business impact.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality product updates on time.
Conduct market research and gather feedback from users to identify pain points and opportunities.
Create detailed product requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
Analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS or technology company.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on user experience.
Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
